3. เพื่อให้ครูผู้สอนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจและความสามรถในการพัฒนาการเรียนการสอนแก่ผู้เรียนดังต่อไปนี้
3.1 มีความสามารถเปลี่ยนกับทักษะในด้านต่างๆ
